Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your KISPER purchase. Eligible unused and unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.
- Original packaging should be included when reasonably possible.
- Items marked final sale or otherwise identified as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
- Return eligibility may be denied for items showing wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
Starting a Return
Contact KISPER Customer Support or use the return option provided with your order. We’ll provide the applicable return instructions.
Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is generally processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, contact us within the return period. We’ll help with the best available option based on inventory.
Warranty Claims Are Different From Returns
Our 30-day return policy and Lifetime Warranty are separate. The Lifetime Warranty does not expire, but it is limited to one approved warranty claim per order. It is designed for covered product issues, not unlimited replacements, routine exchanges, or repeated claims.
